2 cups flour
1 3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. baking soda
1 egg
2/3 cup salad oil
1 cup sour milk [place 1 tbsp. vinegar into regular milk]
1 cup of strong hot coffee
Directions:
Directions:
Blend all the ingredients together in blender and beat until smooth and well blended. Bake in greased rectangle cake pan at 350º for approx. 25 minutes check with toothpick.

When completely cooled, Ice with the following topping.

Beat together 8 oz. cream cheese, 1/4 cup soft butter, and 1 cup icing sugar
