1- 28 oz tin pork and beans
1- 28 oz tin kidney beans
2- 14 oz tins Lima beans

1 -large onion chopped fine
6 strips bacon ( diced ) fried together until onions are soft and bacon browned

3 tbsp vinegar 1/2 cup ketchup
1 clove garlic chopped fine 1 tbsp dry mustard
1/2 cup brown sugar 1 tsp salt
pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together in an oven proof dish. Bake in 375 F oven for 45 minutes.

This is a family favorite. Great for picnics or BBQ. Can be served hot or at room temperature.
