6 slices of beef rouladen (thinly sliced sirloin)
6 slices of Black Forest ham
6 slices of cheese (whatever kind you like)
1 egg, beaten
½ cup fine bread crumbs
1 tbsp. margarine or vegetable oil
1 cup consommé

Directions:
Directions:
Oven to 350º F. Pound sirloin thinly or use rouladen. Place one slice of ham and one slice of cheese on each beef strip. Roll up and secure with a couple of toothpicks. Dip in egg and then in bread crumbs. Place in a hot frying pan with margarine or oil and brown. Remove from pan and place in a baking dish. Add consommé and bake for about 50 minutes.
