2 packets of McCormick 30% less sodium chicken gravy mix
2 cups of water
1 can of 98% fat free campbell’s Cream of chicken soup
1 lb of chicken breasts
½ cup of fat free sour cream
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
Any additional desired seasonings

Directions:
Directions:
1. Whisk together the gravy mix, water and soup in the bottom of a slow cooker until smooth.
2. Add the chicken breasts to the slow cooker and make sure that they are completely covered in the gravy.
3. Add the salt, pepper, garlic powder and any other seasonings to the crock pot and stir to ensure all ingredients have been mixed well.
4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
5. Once the chicken is cooked, break the chicken up into chunks using a fork.
6. Stir in sour cream and mix well.

*This recipe is great with mashed potatoes, brown rice or spaghetti. If making mashed potatoes, peel and dice the potatoes and cook them in chicken broth. Once the potatoes are cooked, use a potato masher and mash the potatoes and add 1 tbsp of light butter or margarine (whichever is fewer points). I add salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder to them and mix well.

*I usually double this recipe.
