pkg of eckrich sausage
1 can of beef consume
6 to 8 potatoes (cut into scollopes)
2 cans of green beans
tsp of salt
tsp of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 425º
peel and cut potatoes into thin slices.
place potatoes in a 9 x 12 pan.
open and drain 2 cans of green beans.
pour the green beans over the potatoes.
cut the eckrich sausage into round slices about on 1/4 inch thick.
place the sausage over the green beans to cove the casserole evenly.
open the beef consume and pour over the above ingredients.
place aluminum foil over the casserole.
cook in the oven until the potatoes are tender.
this could take 45 minutes to one hour depending on the size of the potatoes.

uncover for about 5 or 10 minutes to brown the sausage a little before serving.
