1 and 1/2 pounds cubed beef
1 and 1/2 pounds onions, sliced
salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder
2 tbsp butter or margarine.

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions in margarine. Add meat and pepper and brown. Add seasonings to taste. Add water. Simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Add water as needed. Serve with egg noodles.
