1 chicken cooked deboned and cut into pieces. Save 1 cup of broth.
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1½ sticks butter
1 (8oz.) Stuffing mix
Directions:
Directions:
Melt ½ stick butter in 11x13 inch pan. Add cream and soup.
Spread chicken pieces evenly over bottom of pan over cream and soup.
In large bowl, melt 1 stick butter. Add 1 cup chicken broth and stuffing mix. Toss
and spread over chicken. Bake in 375º oven 45 minutes.
