2 eggs
2 c flour
1 t sugar
Pinch of salt
Water to make soft dough

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and knead about 10 minutes. Roll thin and spread with warmed lard or shortening. Leave for a few minutes. Stretch the sheet of dough until thin as tissue. Roll as jelly roll. Cut into 3 or 4 inch pieces. Put 2 T of lard and 1½ cups water in a heavy pan and boil. Drop strudels into boiling water and cover tightly. Let cool about 10 minutes until water is evaporated and strudels are browned.
