1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. salt
¾ cup milk
½ cup Greek yogurt
1 large egg, lightly beaten
3 tbsp. honey
2 tsp. vanilla
¾ cup fresh blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. In a smaller bowl, whisk together the milk, yogurt, egg, honey, and vanilla. Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry, and mix with a large spoon until batter forms.
Heat your pan to medium-low heat. Drop a spoonful, then add a few berries to each pancake. Flip when bubbles form, about 3 minutes. Flip and cook another minute or two.
