2 lbs chuck steak cut in 1 in. pieces
1 can cr. of chicken soup
1 pkg onion soup mix
1 can sprite or 7 up.
Directions:
Directions:
Spray Crockpot.
Put meat in pot.
Pour soup and onion soup mix over meat.
Add sprite or 7 up.
Cover and cook all day on low or for at least 4 hrs. on high until meat is tender.
Turn off and let sit for 30 min. before serving.

Serve over hot noodles or rice
