2 cans of Cream of Mushroom condensed soup (can substitute Cream of Celery)
1 c. milk
2 c. frozen green peas
3-4 cans of tuna in water, drained
8 oz (about 4 cups) egg noodles, cooked and drained
4 T. breadcrumbs
2 T. butter, melted


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 400º.
Mix together soup, milk, tuna and noodles in large casserole dish.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, stir together bread crumbs and butter.
Add breadcrumb mixture to top of casserole after 20 minutes and bake for 5 additional minutes to brown crumbs.

I only included this recipe for the memories. I beg you not to make it. It was awful then, and is awful now (sorry Mom). Mom would sometimes substitute crushed potato chips for the bread crumbs. Still terrible. Go out and buy fresh tuna steaks and grill them very rare. Serve with a side of noodles if you must.
