Ingredients:  
1 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms (could used canned also)
1 c. chopped onions
2 c. chopped carrots
1/2 c. butter, cubed
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 c. chicken broth
2 - 12 oz. cans evaporated milk
2 c. cooked wild rice
2 c. cubed cooked chicken
1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté the mushrooms, onion and carrots in butter until vegetables are tender. Stir in the flour, salt and pepper until blended. Gradually add broth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until thickened. Stir in milk, rice, chicken, and cream cheese; heat through but do not boil. Delicious!
