1 C milk
1 tbsp honey
¼ C butter, melted
2⅔ C all-purpose flour
2½ - 3 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp salt
1 tsp butter, sliced in quarters
1 tsp dry active yeast
½ C Asiago or Parmesan cheese, shredded
½ C sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
5 minced garlic cloves
¼ C bacon bits (optional)

Add all wet ingredients
Add flour
Add other dry ingredients
Add yeast on top
Add one butter quarter to each side
Start machine: 2 lb basic with medium crust
Add cheeses, garlic and bacon when machine beeps for "add-in" ingredients
