2 pack crust mix (or refrigerated pie crust)
frozen chopped spinach - cooked and well drained
¾ lb. American Cheese (or Jack/Cheddar blend)
4 c. whole milk
7 eggs beaten
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 11x17 inch rimmed sheet tray and line with pie crust dough
Mix eggs, salt, spinach, milk, cheese and pour filling over the crust
Bake approximately 1 hour+ at 350º F till browned and set.
Once cooled, cut into squares.
Heat before serving.

You can make ahead and freeze.

This is a great party appetizer and freezes extremely well. Bake and slice, then arrange in a freezer bag and freeze flat.
