1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. flour
Penzey’s Northwoods seasoning to taste
1 Tbsp. olive oil
4 skinless chicken breasts
1/2 c. Marsala wine
Juice of 1/2 lemon (about 1/4 c. or less)
1/2 c. chicken stock
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms (I use a few more)
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together seasonings and flour. Then coat chicken with seasoned flour. In heavy-bottom skillet, heat oil. Place chicken breasts in skillet and brown on both sides, then remove and set aside. Add wine to skillet and stir until heated. Add juice, stock and mushrooms. Stir, reduce heat, and cook for about 10 minutes or until sauce is partially reduced. Return browned chicken breast to skillet. Spoon sauce over chicken. Cover and cook for about 5 to 10 minutes or until chicken is done. Serve sauce over chicken. Garnish with chopped parsley.
