6 - 8 oz. imitation crab meat, chopped
1/2 cup miracle whip or mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 - 8 oz. package cream cheese
1 tbsp.lemon juice
4-5 tortilla wraps if making roll-ups

Directions:
Directions:
Blend the cream cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Add crab, onion and celery. Let sit for 1/2 hour. Serve with crackers.

For roll-ups use 4-5 tortilla wraps. Divide the mixture and spread over entire wrap. Roll up and refrigerate for 2 hours. Cut into 1/2 - 3/4 inch slices and serve.
