½ cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs
2 ¼ cups sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
4 cups flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 cup whole milk
5 cups fresh blueberries

Topping Ingredients:
⅔ cup flour
⅔ cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Beat oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla extract until well blended. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and blend these into egg mixture, alternating with additions of milk. Last gently fold in blueberries. Pour into a greased and floured 13x9 inch cake pan. Mix topping ingredients to make crumbles. Sprinkle over top of cake. Bake in 350º preheated oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
