3 eggs
2 tbsp. Sugar
3/4 cup flour
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp. Salt
3 tbsp. Melted butter

Make batter. Cook like a crepe in a slightly oiled hot frying pan Spread batter very thin and brown slightly on each side. Fry until batter is all used, then fill.

2 cups dry curd cottage cheese
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp. Melted butter
1 egg
3 tbsp. Sugar.

Combine all filling ingredients. Spread each crepe with some of the cheese mixture. Roll crepe and place in casserole dish. These can be frozen at this stage if making ahead of time.

To Serve:

Sweet Cream
Fresh dill (optional)

Pour sweet cream over crepes to almost cover, sprinkle with fresh dill and bake for 45 minutes at 325ºF. Do not over bake.
