Chicken breasts
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1-2 cans green enchilada sauce (1 lg. or 2 sm. cans)
1 can chopped tomatoes with green chilies (can use salsa instead)
2 cans chopped green chilies
Tortillas
Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken until done and then chop. Saute onion and garlic until tender. Add soup, enchilada sauce, chilies, and tomatoes or salsa to onions and garlic. Let simmer 10-15 minutes. Then add chicken and let simmer 10 more minutes. In a 9x13 pan, put a layer of sauce in bottom of pan. Then layer torn tortillas, sauce, and cheese for a couple layers ending with cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with sour cream, lettuce and tomatoes.
