2 dozen eggs, hard boiled

Peel eggs and place in jar.

Brine:

1/2 cup sugar
2 cups vinegar
2 cups water
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pickling spice
1/2 onion, sliced
3 toes garlic, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Boil brine ingredients together for about 10 minutes minutes. Strain brine as you pour over eggs. Seal jar and let stand in refrigerator for 3 to 4 days. They will last a long time in the refrigerator.
