Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup milk
1 beaten egg

Directions:
This recipe is for a bread machine which is not often used much. If you have one- great!

In bread machine pan, place first 7 ingredients in order. As cycle starts see if you need to add a tablespoon or two of extra milk to get good consistency when mixed, Let raise once but not bake. Turn out onto lightly floured surface and punch down. Roll about 3/4 inch thick. I use a pizza cutter to cut into sandwich sized pieces. Place onto lightly greased baking sheet and brush tops with melter butter. Let rise covered in warm area. Bake at 350º for 10-15 minutes.

If you don't have bread machine, proceed as with any bread. Warm milk and mix in yeast. Add egg. Then add dry ingredients and knead. Cover for first rising then turn out on to floured surface as above.
