1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion ( Medium)
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
4 cups beef broth
1 cup frozen corn
1 (7 1/2 oz. can of tomatoes
4 - 5 oz frozen lima beans
1/2 cup of chopped potatoes or hash browns (I use more)
1/2 cup carrots (about 1 medium)
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 bay leaf
1/8 tsp. Black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook first 3 ingredients until meat is brown and veggies tender. Drain if needed.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 15 - 20 minutes.

**Rinse frozen corn and lima beans in warm water before adding to pot.
* Baby limas are best*
*Best if use my home canned tomatoes.

Make sure you have all the ingredients before you start. I had to make a trip to store in the midst of making it once, This soup is worth making. Everyone who has tried it likes it.
