1 lg. chicken boiled and deboned
Salt,pepper,celery tops or seeds,poultry seasoning and dash of paprika.
1 c. each soft cooked potatoes diced ,peas and carrots.


Dough:::::
2 c. flour
3 tsp baking powder
2/4 tsp salt
4 T butter
3/4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken in enough water to cover.
Add seasonings to your taste. Allow to cool and debone chicken.
Set aside chicken and make a gravy out of the broth.
Add veg. to the gravy.

Mix the dry ingred. together. Use a pastry cutter to cut in the marg. or butter.into the dry ingred.Add milk until the consistency of biscuits. Roll out dough as you would pie crust.
Line pan with crust reserving enough to place criss cross strips on top of pie.
Place chicken on top of crust and pour the gravy and veg. on top. Arrange criss cross strips on top and brush with melted butter.
Bake at 400 for 30 to 45 min.
Allow to bubble and top crust to brown.
