3 c sugar
¾ c butter
1 small 5 oz can evaporated milk (about ⅔ c)
1 12 oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 jar (7oz) marshmallow cream
1 tsp vanilla
walnuts optional
Directions:
Directions:
Line 9 inch square pan with foil extending foil past the edge of the pan. Bring butter, sugar, and evaporated milk to a rolling boil in a large sauce pan. Boil for 4 minutes, stirring constantly until candy thermometer reads 234º. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips and marshmallow cream stirring until melted and chocolate is mixed together with marshmallow cream. Add vanilla and mix. Pour and spread quickly into prepared pan. Cool and cut.
