1 pkg Lawry (or French's) mild chili mix
1-1½ lbs. ground beef, lean
1 can Bushes Chili Ready stewed tomatoes
6 oz. V8 juice
2 cans Brooks mild chili beans
1 medium onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
pinch of sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef in a saucepan, removing grease.
2. Add all ingredients to a large pot, including juices from cans of beans and stewed tomatoes, and place over medium to low heat.
3. Place lid on pot and leave chili for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally.
