1 T. marg
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 can Broccoli Cheese soup
1/2 c. water or milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. broccoli Florette's
Directions:
Directions:
In skillet over med. heat in hot marg. cook chicken 10 min. or until browned on both sides.
Spoon off fat.
Stir in soup, water, and pepper. Heat to boiling.
Add broccoli.
Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 10 min. or til chicken is fork tender and broccoli is done stirring often.
