"A man who was fond of wine was offered some grapes at dessert after dinner. "Much obliged," said he, pushing the plate aside; "I am not accustomed to take my wine in pills."--Jean Antheleme Brillat-Savarin, The Physiology of Taste

Ingredients:
1 (8.25oz) pkg white cake mix with pudding (pillsbury moist supreme classic white cake mix)
1¼ cups buttermilk
¼ cup butter, melted
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla
½ tsp almond extract
vegetable cooking spray
For Frosting:

2 tsp vanilla
1 (32oz) pkg powdered sugar
½ cup unsweetened cocoa
5-6 tbsp heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Beat first 6 ingredients together at low speed with electric mixer just until dry ingredients are moistened. Increase speed to medium, and beat 2 min or until batter is smooth, stopping to scrape bowl as needed. Place paper baking cups in muffin pans, and coat with vegetable spray; spoon batter evenly into baking cups, filling each two thirds full. Bake for 25 min or until a wooded pick inserted comes out clean. Cool in pans on wire racks 10 min; remove cupcakes from pans to wire racks, and cool 1 hour or until completely cooled. While cupcakes are cooling, make frosting: Beat first 3 ingredients at medium speed with electric mixer until creamy. Whisk together powdered sugar and cocoa in a medium bowl; gradually add to butter mixture alternately with 5 tbsp cream. Beat at low speed until blended after each addition. (if needed add up to 1 tbsp cream, 1tsp at a time, to reach desired consistency) Increase speed to medium, and beat 1-2 min or until light and fluffy. Frost cupcakes when cooled
