¾ cup unsweetened cocoa
¾ cup all purpose flour
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup sugar
3 large eggs, at room temp
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup sour cream
1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate mini morsels
Frosting:
½ cup butter, softened
1 (3oz) pkg cream cheese
1 (16oz) pkg powdered sugar
¼ cup milk
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Sift together cocoa and next 3 ingredients in a medium bowl; set aside. Beat butter and sugar at medium speed with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating until well blended after each addition. Stir in vanilla. Add cocoa mixture to butter mixture alternately with sour cream, beginning and ending with cocoa mixture. Beat at low speed until blended after each addition. Stir in morsels. Place 12 paper baking cups in a muffin pan; spoon batter evenly into cups, filling completely full. Bake at 350º for 25-30 min or until wooded pick inserted comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 min; transfer to a wire rack, and cool completely. While cupcakes are baking, make frosting: Beat butter and cream cheese at medium speed with electric mixer until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating at low speed until blended. Increase speed to medium and slowly add milk and vanilla, beating until smooth. Frost cupcakes when completely cooled
