¾ cup butter, plus some for buttering molds
6oz bittersweet chocolate
3 eggs
3 egg yolks
3 tbsp flour, divided
chocolate sauce, hersheys or similiar
caramel sauce, hersheys or similiar
1 quart coffee ice cream

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º. In top of double boiler set over simmering water, heat butter and chocolate until chocolate is almost melted. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, beat together eggs, egg yolks and sugar with whisk or electric mixer until light colored and thick. Beat together melted chocolate and butter (it should be quite warm) Pour into egg mixture. Add 1 tbsp flour and quickly whisk together until combined. Butter and lightly flour six 4oz molds, custard cups or ramekins. Tap out excess flour. Divide batter evenly among molds. Place on jellyroll pan. Bake in oven for 6-7 min. (may take up to 10-12 min) Centers will be soft but sides will be set. Invert each mold onto center of plate and let sit for about 10 seconds. Lift mold straight up and let cake fall onto plate. Garnish with chocolate sauce, caramel sauce and 1 scoop of coffee ice cream. Serve immediately
