2 to 4 lb. stew meat cut into small pieces.Roll in flour and brown in lg. pot. Use plenty of flour..Add 1 lg. chopped onion. Cook til lt. brown. Add water to cover and simmer for 2 hrs. adding water as needed. Peel and cube 4 lg. potatoes, small cubes.Add to meat mixture and add salt and pepper to taste. Add seasoned salt and Greek seasoning to taste.Add 2 cans carrots and cover and simmer 2 hrs. Stirring often. Add water as needed. Thicken with a small amount of flour dissolved in a small amount of water. Add to stew.

Serve with biscuits or fried corn cakes
