1 can cream corn, including juice
1 can corn, including juice
1 c sour cream
1 egg
1 (8 oz) pkg Jiffy Cornbread mix
1 cube real butter, soft

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter with Jiffy mix. Add both cans of corn, sour cream and egg. Use low speed on mixer. Pour into a buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
