Ingredients:	Ingredients: Cake: ¾ c flour 1 t baking powder ½ t salt 1 egg 3½ oz pkg vanilla pudding mix (not instant) 3 T butter, softened ½ c milk 1 (15 oz) can sliced peaches Cream cheese filling: 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened ½ c sugar 3 T reserved peach juice Sprinkles: 1 T sugar ½ t cinnamon

Directions:	Directions: Combine mixture in large mixing bowl and beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour batter into a 10 inch pie pan which has been greased on bottom and sides. Drain well 1 (15 - 20 oz) can sliced peaches and reserve juice. (You can use home-canned peaches.) Place these over batter. Combine cream cheese, ½ c sugar, and reserved juice in small mixing bowl and beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Spoon to within 1 inch of edge of batter. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over cream cheese filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Filling will appear soft. Store in refrigerator. Nancy Kuch Smith
