1 egg white
1 tbsp water
1 tsp vanilla
4½ cups pecans (16oz)
1 cup sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º. Beat together the egg whites, water and vanilla until blended. Add pecans and coat well. Mix the sugar, cinnamon, and salt together and pour over pecan mixture; stir well. Spread on baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake in 300º oven for 20 min. Remove from oven and stir. Reduce oven temp to 250º and continue to bake pecans for 30 min.
