1½ cups flour
½ cup butter
¼ cup firmly packed brown sugar
3 8oz packages cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
½ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ of 18oz package refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 325º. Line bottom and sides of two 8" square pans. Coat with no-stick cooking spray; set aside. In work bowl of food processor fitted with steel knife blade, process flour, butter, and brown sugar until well mixed. Divide evenly into both pans and press into bottom of prepared pans. Bake in oven for 10-12 min or until lightly browned. Cool 10 min. Dollop teaspoonfuls of cookie dough on top of crust. In processor bowl, process ream cheese, eggs, granulated sugar and vanilla until smooth. Pour half into each pan, covering cookie dough. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake foe 25-2 min or until set. Cool. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Remove from pan and cut into squares. Store in refrigerator. Makes 18 squares
