10 oz. bag of hull-less plain corn puffs (I use 2 bags)
1 cup of butter
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 cup of brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, syrup, and sugar in saucepan. Bring to rolling boil and boil for one minute. Take off heat and add baking soda. Beat until foamy. Pour over corn puffs and stir. Bake on baking sheet for 45 mins. at 250 degrees stirring every 15 mins. Dump puffs on wax paper and let cool. Break apart clumps into bite-size pieces. Store in air tight containers.
