1½ lbs. lean ground beef
½ medium onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium head of cabbage, chopped
24 oz. tomato sauce
½ c. water
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Add the ground beef to a 5-quart dutch oven over medium heat. Brown the meat, crumbling as it cooks.
2. When meat is halfway cooked, add the onion and garlic to the pan and continue cooking, stirring often.
3. Add the cabbage, tomato sauce, water, and salt to the pan and stir to mix everything together.
4. Continue cooking on medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes or until the cabbage is tender.
5. Serve immediately.
