1 lb Cooked chicken meat, diced
1 med Onions, diced
3 Carrots, diced
1 stalk Celery, diced
1¼ gal Milk
2 oz Chicken Base
½ lb Butter
¼ lb Flour
1 tsp Minced Garlic
Salt & Pepper to Taste

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté carrots and celery in butter for approximately 5 minutes. Add onion and continue to sauté until onions are translucent. Add to large pot, reserving butter. Add chicken, garlic, chicken base and milk and cook for 1 hour or until hot (do not boil). Add flour to reserved butter and heat to make a roux. Allow butter and flour to cook for about 1-2 minutes. Add roux to hot chicken mixture until desired consistency is reached. Add salt and pepper to taste.
