2 tbsp Olive oil
1 lb Mushrooms, sliced
¼ cup Chopped shallots
2 Garlic cloves, chopped
½ cup Dry white wine
1 cup Chicken stock
½ cup Whipping cream
¼ cup Maker's Mark

Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms, shallots, & garlic. Sauté until mushrooms are brown (15 minutes.) Add wine and boil until liquid is reduced to glaze. Add stock, cream, and Maker's Mark. Simmer until sauce thickens (12-15 minutes.). Absolutely excellent served over broiled pork chops or beef filet.
