2 egg whites
¾ c. sugar
1 tsp. cream of tarter
2 drops green food coloring
1 small pkg. mint chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375º. Line cookie sheet with wax paper.
2. Add egg whites to a medium bowl, beat as meringue and slowly add sugar and cream of tarter.
3. Add 2 drops of green food coloring, then 1 small pkg of mint chocolate chips.
4. Drop cookies onto lined cookie sheets (each cookie about 1 T.).
5. Turn off oven and place cookies in the oven. Leave cookies in turned off oven for 6 hours.
