¼ Lb Mushrooms
½ sm Yellow Onion
1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
½ Red bell pepper, diced
16 oz Beef stock
2 tsp Olive Oil
Dash White wine
¼ cup Whiskey
¼ cup ½ & ½
Demi-Glaze to thicken or Cornstarch and water slurry

Directions:
Directions:
Slice mushrooms; dice onion and garlic and place all in hot pan with olive oil and sauté until onions are translucent.
Deglaze with wine, add beef stock, ½ & ½, whiskey and diced pepper. Cook until mixture is hot. Thicken with a cornstarch slurry or demi-glaze powder. Taste and adjust seasonings as desired. To serve, grill or sauté boneless chicken breast and top with sauce.
