4 tbsp Peanut oil (or olive oil)
1 cup Diced onions
1 tsp Minced garlic
3 cup Ketchup
⅔ cup Worcestershire sauce
˝ c Cider vinegar
1 cup Dark rum
4 tbsp Chili powder
4 tbsp Paprika
˝ tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Ground cumin
1 tsp Ground coriander seeds

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic; sauté until tender. Add remaining ingredients; simmer for 10 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature. The sauce will keep refrigerated for 3 to 4 months.
