3-4 lb Boneless Chuck roast, trimmed
3 tbsp Dried basil
3 tbsp Dried oregano
1 cup Water
1 env Onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Trim chuck roast of any external fat and cut into 2” cubes. Combine all ingredients in a crockpot and slow cook for 7-8 hours. If necessary, use a fork to separate beef. Serve on crusty French or Italian bread. You may sauté some red or green peppers and serve on the sandwiches if you desire.
