4 slices Bacon cooked
4 thinly sliced Tomatoes
2 leaves Leaf lettuce
1 oz Thin-sliced ham
1 oz Thin-sliced turkey breast
3 slices Toast
Mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Toast bread lightly-not dark. Spread mayo on one side of each slice

Stacking order:

1 slice toast, mayo side up
1 leaf lettuce
2 slices tomato
2 bacon strips (break in half)
1 oz sliced ham
1 slice toast, mayo side up
1 leaf lettuce
2 slices tomato
2 bacon strips (break in half)
1 oz sliced turkey breast
1 slice toast, mayo side down

Place four frilled toothpicks through the stack and cut stack from corner to corner with serrated knife. DO NOT press knife down with a lot of pressure or you will crush the sandwich; use a sawing motion to cut sandwich in quarters.
