Sweet Potato Balls Recipe

40 oz canned sweet potatoes
1/4 cup butter
1 pinch salt (optional)
3 cups crushed cornflake cereal
3/4 cup real maple syrup
10 marshmallows
Directions:
Directions:
Drain sweet potaotoes & put into a large mixing bowl. Mash the potatoes with butter. Salt to taste

hand pat mixture into 3 inch diameter balls. Roll in crushed corn flakes & put into a 9x12 greased baking dish. Pour maple syrup evenly over each ball.

Bake 325º for 40 minutes. The last 15 minutes, put a marshmallow over each ball
