1 lb Fresh ground pork
⅛ tsp Black pepper
⅛ tsp White pepper
1 tsp Salt
⅔ tsp Quick salt (salt peter)
1 tsp Sugar
¼ tsp Sage
¼ tsp Paprika
¾ tsp Accent

Directions:
Either purchase ground pork or grind your own sausage using an 80/20 meat to fat ratio. Add all spices to the sausage mixture and mix thoroughly. If mixture is a bit dry, add a tablespoon of cold water to mixture. Keep refrigerated until ready to use. Form into patties and fry in a skillet.

I have searched for this recipe and this is the only one I've been able to come up with. I think this is the correct recipe, but not sure!
