6-8 Chicken breasts, cooked and cut up
2 Chicken bouillon cubes
2 rolls Ritz crackers, crushed
2 sticks Butter, melted
2 tbsp Poppyseeds
2 cans Cream of chicken soup
16 oz Sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Place chicken breasts in medium pot and cover with water. Put bouillon cubes in water and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 45 minutes. (You may put a stalk of celery and a cut up onion in water for additional flavor, if desired. Combine Ritz crackers, poppy seeds, and 2 sticks melted butter. Mix together cream of chicken soup, and sour cream. Butter a 9x13 dish, spread half of cracker mixture on bottom. Layer chicken then the soup and sour cream mix. Top with remaining cracker crumbs. Bake for 1 hour.
