Shrimp de Jonghe

5 to 6 Medium large peeled, deveined shrimp, tails removed (Per serving)
Butter mixture

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Cover bottom of oven-proof dish with a ¼ inch layer of butter mixture. Place 5 or 6 raw shrimp on top of butter mixture. Cover shrimp with ⅛ inch layer of butter mixture. Place in preheated oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until shrimp is opaque and bread crumbs are browned.

Ingredients:

2 sticks Butter
1 stick Margarine
1 Shallot, chopped
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Dash Tabasco
3 cups Bread crumbs
1 cups Dark brown bread crumbs
¼ cup Chopped fresh parsley
¼ cup Chopped fresh garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Allow butter and margarine to come to almost room temperature. Place in large bowl and add all remaining ingredients. Knead mixture until thoroughly mixed. Place in a sealed container and place in refrigerator until ready to use.
