Crust:
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 to 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Box of Zwiebac

Filling:
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 pounds cream cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon salt
Topping:
1 pint sour cream
3 tablespoons sugar
V1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
10 inch spring form pan
Crust:
Melt butter add sugar & cinnamon
Pat into spring form pan bottom & little up sides

Filling:
Beat cream cheese in bowl
Slowly add sugar
Add one egg at a time
Add lemon juice and salt
Beat till light & fluffy
Pour over prepared crust
Bake 375 degrees for 30 minutes

While baking mix topping ingredients

After 30 minutes remove carefully to rack & cool 10 minutes
Apply topping working from outside to the inside
Bake additional 10 minutes or to no middle jiggle
