2 Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tsp Honey
¼ cup Oil
¼ cup Semolina
½ cup Sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl put about 5 to 6 cups of Flour, Sugar, Salt, Honey, and Oil, Mix after each ingredient so it doesn't sit on top of the flour.
Dissolve yeast in ¾ cup warm water and mix into the flour. Add more water as needed/ Dough should be soft but not sticky. Knead until it's smooth. If you have a stand mixer let it knead for about 5 minutes. Cover with towel for about 5 minutes. Knead again make 2 balls cover and rise for ½ hour. Roll dough in a log shape and put Semolina on the tray let the bread sit on top so it gets on the bottom of the bread. (2 logs per tray) Next, wet your hands, pat bread, and add sesame seeds to the top and sides. Cover, with a towel and let stand 1 hour. Take a razor blade and make a slit down middle long ways (or angled slashes, whichever you prefer). Place a pan of water on the bottom of the oven until it steams. Bake at 400º for the first 20 minutes do not open the oven! When bread starts to turn brown lower to 350º, remove water, and put bread on oven racks without pan. Bake for 1 hour or until bread is dark brown if it gets too brown before the bread is cooked lower oven to 325º. Should make 4 small loaves or two big ones.
