For the Crust:
1 box of YELLOW Cake Mix
1 egg
1 stick (1/2 cup) melted butter

For the Cake:
8 oz room temperature cream cheese
1 (15oz) can pumpkin puree
1 stick(1/2 cup) melted butter
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
16 oz. Powdered sugar
Whip cream

Directions:

Preheat 350º

In medium bowl, combine cake mix, egg & butter with a wooden spoon until a soft dough forms. Press evenly into the bottom of a 13x9 cake pan. Set aside

In a mixer bowl blend cream cheese & pumpkin until smooth & well combined

With mixer running slowly, add spice & powdered sugar until completely blended. Pour over crust.

Bake for 45-50 minutes or until outer edges are set & the middle is soft set. Don't let it firm up 100%, you want it slightly gooey in the middle

Let cool to room temperature& serve with whipped cream
